A Stitch Away Retreat - April 2026

Our 4th Annual Stitching Retreat: Thursday April 16th at 3pm running through Sunday April 19th at 1pm





Join us in Shipshewana Indiana at the Farmstead Inn for a retreat. Bring your friends or make new ones. This event always sells out. Don't delay in making plans. Registration FEE is NOT REFUNDABLE.

We will be gathering at Farmstead Inn Conference Center in Shipshewana.   Make your room reservation by calling the inn directly at 260-768-4595.  You can receive our group rate when you mention you are attending with Always In Stitches. Arrive as early as Wednesday evening and depart as late as Monday morning and still receive our special room rate.  Breakfast is included with your hotel room, all other meals Friday,  Saturday and Sunday will be on your own.  There are many yummy options in the surrounding area to explore.

Check in will begin at 3pm on Thursday in the conference center. Your registration includes a Thursday 5pm-8pm Get to Know Each Other Pizza party with some fun games, door prizes and swag bags for all who attend the weekend. 

Spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday creating projects of your own choosing or exploring the lovely town of Shipshewana and it's neighboring Amish communities. Can you say...SHOPPING! SHOPPING! SHOPPING!?

We have a comfortable conference space reserved for our mixed modalities of stitching groups to fellowship and encourage each other. The stitching rooms will open at 3pm Thursday and will be available to until 1pm Sunday. This retreat will be very relaxed so you can work on projects at your own pace. Plan to register with a friend, bring a project to stitch and enjoy being in the presence of fellow stitchers.
