Jessica's Needle Felting Work Night - Color blending Oct
Needle Felting is a method of making felt with dry wool and special, barbed needle. The technique can be used to create both two dimensional and three dimensional pieces. The evening will start with a demonstration of needle felting techniques and then allow time for work on your own projects. Needle felting supplies and a variety of kits are available for purchase from Always In Stitches. Bring a needle felting project you have been working on and join us. Participants need to have experience with the needle felting and will bring there own project to work on.

| Instructor Bio: | Jessica loves seeing the creativity of the staff and customers. Her love of the beautiful colors and fabrics in the shop makes her a great addition to the staff. You will usually find Jessica working in the yarn and clearance departments or helping customers in the sewing machine department. Jessica admits that learning new things is so fun. She made a gift bag that uses zippers as handles. In her words “I was sure it would be awful – but was tickled that is really worked!” Jessica is a fiber artist, dyeing her own fabric and yarn, and is also an avid gardener. She is always looking for new plants, especially dye plants, to add to her garden. Jessica’s knowledge of color and fiber has made her a great addition to the Always In Stitches family. |
