Charitable Donation Requests

Always In Stitches is honored to provide charitable donations for community groups.  We receive many requests each year to provide door prizes, fabric, cash donations and such.  It is important these donations reach the intended consumer and to that end we have set forth the following parameters for all donations:

Requests will only be accepted as a dated letter including the group letterhead you can send via snail mail or email to: Capi@alwaysinstitches1.com

We require the following:

o   Name of group

o   Contact person with phone number, mailing address and email

o   Date of event

o   Location of event

o   Expected attendance at the event

o   Type and value of donation expected

o   Deadline to pick up items

o   Name of person who will pick up items

  •          A flyer or advertising information should be included with the request so we can validate the event and include it in our newsletter as appropriate
  •          Requests must be received at least one month PRIOR to the scheduled event date
  •          No group or representative of a group may request more than one donation per calendar  year
  •          Requests may be denied at the discretion of management

We look forward to partnering with our customers in creating fun and profitable events for our community.  Should there be any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff.

Thank you,

Capi Saxton
